Private yoga sessions are an excellent way for practitioners of all levels to deepen their practice. If you’re new to yoga, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, move at your own pace, and modify poses (asanas) to suit your needs. You’ll also be guided through transitions and provided with alternatives to poses when necessary.
For those with an existing yoga practice, private sessions are a great way to refine your understanding of each pose, improve transitions between poses, and link them together in a progressive sequence. You’ll also have the chance to focus on specific poses or techniques based on your personal goals and interests.
For students recovering from injuries, private yoga sessions can be tailored to meet your specific needs. The privacy and safety of a one-on-one session ensure that you receive my full attention and expertise, allowing you to build strength and mobility without unnecessary strain on your body.

Mentorship for Yoga Teachers
For those looking to refine and strengthen their teaching skills, I offer mentorships based on my extensive training and experience. If you’ve recently completed teacher training, you might be ready to start teaching or perhaps you’d like to build your confidence and teaching skills first.
If you are already teaching, you may want to continue to clarify and expand your skills as an instructor. Regardless of your experience, my mentorship will help you gain the confidence to teach fearlessly— even if you’re still building your experience.
As yoga teachers, we are, first and foremost, students. The best gift you can give yourself and your students is to step back into the seat of the student repeatedly—absorbing new knowledge, revisiting the basics, and learning through experience each time.

All-levels classes are common in most studios, and by developing the skills to teach to all levels, you’ll stand out as an exceptional instructor. "Upāya" refers to the practice of refining your skills to reach a specific audience with your authentic, unique teaching style. My goal is to help you amplify your power and the impact you have on your students.
