These are personalized, one-hour training sessions that are tailored to the client’s individual needs, wants, and desires. A detailed results log is kept so clients can see their progress as they go.
One-on-one sessions are held every 5-7 days with Sarah as the trainer. These are private sessions in a private setting.
Membership or contract Not required.
One hour training sessions cost $75.
Each piece of equipment used is customized to your fitness level, taking into account any special requirements or limitations you may have. You don’t need to be in great shape before you start working out with me.
My job is to guide and assist you every step of the way, working at your level to achieve the results you want.

I specialize in addressing these and other errors with high-performance training protocols. I teach you how to move slowly and be safe during exercise to ensure the correct amount of constant tension is applied to the muscle.
