Trial Session of CrossFit Training

Free Trial Classes
- When: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm
- What: Meet with a coach, learn about our gym, the CrossFit training method, and experience a WOD (Workout of the Day).
- How: Be prepared to workout. To reserve a spot or for any questions, text 317-572-8180. Ask about any ongoing promo specials on prices!

Foundations Course and Membership
- Foundations Course: $165
- Includes: 2-hour course plus 4 weeks of unlimited group classes.
- When: Every Saturday from Noon – 2pm.
- Requirement: All new members must complete the Foundations
- Purpose: Learn the basics of CrossFit and prepare for regular classes.

Course before joining WOD classes
- Unlimited Monthly Membership
- Price: $165 per month
- Benefits: Attend as many classes as you like, most popular option.

Personal Training
- Price: $75 per hour
