Stages of performing a spa pedicure:
A pleasant spa pedicure procedure usually consists of 4 stages, which are performed one after another.
1. Steaming. At the first stage, warm water of about 38 degrees is used to steam the skin of the feet, so as not to affect the blood vessels, to which oils, herbs and antiseptics are added. The skin should be steamed for about 15 minutes, longer does not make sense.
2. Peeling. To gently remove dead skin, a scrub with acids or exfoliating particles is used, without using any additional tools.
