3) ZEN FUSION FLOW
A 75-minute class blending meditation, restorative and yin yoga, core flow, and power yoga, complete with hands-on assisted savasana. The room heats up post-meditation, with noise-canceling headphones for an immersive experience.

4) POWER MAGIC
Start with a 5-minute meditation, followed by a 45-minute Baptiste-inspired power flow, and wrap up with 15 minutes of yin stretches and an extended shavasana. This 75-minute class balances strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

5) SLOW FLOW
A gentle flow for unwinding after a long day, perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike to focus on a more mindful practice.

6) TRISCULPT YOGA
A total-body workout framed by a yoga warm-up and cool-down, featuring 30 minutes of strength-building exercises with three levels of difficulty to suit all yogis. Weights and props are optional.
