The new password will be sent in a letter. Just enter your e-mail address carefully. Make sure that the current password contains no extra spaces. If you do not receive a message from the service password recovery system, follow these steps:
Look in your e-mail inbox for a message with the subject "Discountler: Password Recovery." Check the mailbox that you used to create your Discountler account. In some cases, postal service delivery may be delayed for several hours.
Check your spam and mass mailings folders. Our may have been flagged by your mail system as spam or junk mail. Look for an e-mail from discountler.com with the subject line "Password Recovery."
If the message is not in these folders, request a new message from the password-recovery service the next day.
