Please ensure that you enter your email address carefully and that the current password contains no extra spaces. If you do not receive a message from the password recovery system within 7 working days, please follow these steps:
Discountler is still validating your account. In some cases, account verification may be delayed.
Check your email inbox for a message with the subject "Discountler: Password Recovery." Be sure to look in the mailbox you used to create your profile.
Check your spam and junk mail folders. Our email may have been flagged as spam by your mail system. Look for an email from discountler.com with the subject line "Password Recovery."
If the message is not in these folders, request a new message from the password recovery service the following week.
