The new password will be sent in a letter. Just enter your e-mail address carefully. Make sure that the current password contains no extra spaces. If you do not receive a message from the service password recovery system, follow these steps:

  • Look in your e-mail inbox for a message with the subject "Discountler: Password Recovery." Check the mailbox that you used to create your Discountler account. In some cases, postal service delivery may be delayed for several hours.
  • Check your spam and mass mailings folders. Our may have been flagged by your mail system as spam or junk mail. Look for an e-mail from discountler.com with the subject line "Password Recovery."
  • If the message is not in these folders, request a new message from the password-recovery service the next day.
