Holistic Healing with LAc
Life moves fast, and staying resilient is harder than ever. The last thing any of us needs is a nagging health issue or chronic pain draining our focus. Unfortunately, that’s often exactly what happens -especially when conventional medicine hits a wall. While standard treatments usually just numb the pain, they often come with a side of brain fog or dependency.
The Philosophy: We’re More Than Just Molecules
We aren’t just a collection of bones and genes. We are complex beings where physical biology and energy are two sides of the same coin. For over 3к years, Eastern medicine has focused on this balance. Think of acupuncture as an "energetic" medicine: we don’t add or take anything away from the body; we simply use those hair-thin needles to shift and correct imbalances in your system.
My Approach: Body & Spirit
I combine two distinct styles to give you the best of both worlds:
⓼ Principle Acupuncture: This is the "where and why" of physical discomfort.
⓹ Element Acupuncture: This goes deeper into emotional health and spiritual growth, helping you find your strengths and purpose.
Sometimes a physical pain is just that—physical. But often, the root is emotional or spiritual. By using both systems, I can help you not just feel "better," but actually thrive.
What to Expect in the Clinic
The First Visit: We’ll spend about 1.5 hours on your initial intake and treatment.
Follow-ups: Usually around an hour.
The Timeline: A good rule of thumb is one month of weekly care for every year you’ve had the problem. If you’ve had migraines for five years, it might take five months to fully resolve.
Real Results: You should feel a difference right away. While some say you need 20 sessions to know if it works, I believe if you don’t see a positive shift within 4 or 5 treatments, we need to re-evaluate.
