Base Gym Family Membership

Our Family Gym Membership is $139/month (up to 4 members.) This membership includes a Functional movement screening and body composition testing. Based on the movement screen, each member is given a strength training routine including a one-time 30-minute personal training orientation. Physical Therapists are the most highly trained experts in the prescription of exercise to address pain and functional limitations. As experts in the prescription of exercise, we have witnessed the incredible power of well-prescribed exercise to resolve pain, increase function and enhance quality of life for all family. From the sidelines, we have witnessed skyrocketing rates of obesity and chronic disease and felt the strain of the increased medical costs that accompany this downward trajectory. The burgeoning fitness industry has done little to reverse this trend. Our goal is simple: help every member of your family build strength, improve function, and stay healthy for years to come.
